What we do
This site collects practical guides on tickets, opening hours, climbs and monuments of the Florence Duomo complex — with particular attention to Brunelleschi's Dome and its timed-slot booking system, which catches thousands of visitors off guard every year.
Every page starts from a real question — how much does it cost, when should I go, which pass do I need — and tries to answer it without padding, with verified numbers and the trade-offs stated out loud.
What we are not
We are not the official Florence Duomo website and we are not affiliated with the Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore, the body that manages the complex. The official channels — including the official ticket office — are atduomo.firenze.it.
How we verify facts
- Opening hours, official prices and access rules are checked against the official site duomo.firenze.it and reported with the verification date.
- Reseller prices come from the Tiqets catalogue and are refreshed periodically.
- Where something can change (holidays, restorations, availability), we say so and point to the official source.
How the project is funded
Some links on this site lead to Tiqets, an authorised ticket reseller: if you book through them we earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. That's the project's only funding: no banners, no data selling. Our assessments stay independent — when the official option is the better one, we say so.
